As a professional CrossFit competitor, Mike is used to prioritizing his recovery regimen in order to maintain his two a day workouts and national competition schedule. When Mike’s knee began hurting he tried everything from dry needling and Graston scraping to voodoo flossing and massage therapy but wasn’t able to find the pain relief that allowed him to perform uninhibited.
Mike’s Treatment Experience
Having tried many other treatment options, Mike was skeptical in the beginning as he was unsure if Acousana would work for him.
